Talon the sleeper burst assassin

So I really like talon and alot of people underestimate his damage since his silence removal. Alot of people recommend for runes AD/Armor pen but, I have found straight up armor pen runes are ALOT stronger. Talon honestly has the strongest lvl 6 damage spike out of almost every mid lane champion with the armor pen runes. Lvl 6 gives Talon ridiculous damage and he can win almost any lvl 6 duel with 2-3 longswords or a brutalizer. the reason the brutalizer is so good because, it gives him a total of 29 armor pen! with a including 6% from masteries. So lets say you are against a katarina who has 40.7 armor at lvl 6, and lets round it 41. The way armor pen works is percent armor pen is calculated before flat so...

6% of 41 = 2.456 or 2.5 41 - 2.5= 38.5 38.5 - 29= 9.5 armor!

9.5 armor is a .91x damage multiplier, so you are close to do dealling true damage lvl 6!

Talons ability damage:

Q(lvl 1)+160+92=252

W(lvl 3)+160+110=260

E(lvl 1)=22+92=114

R(lvl 1)=240

866x.91=788

Total: 788+170(ignite)=958

Thats plenty for Katarina who actaully has more armor and health than the usual AP midlaner for example Azir who has 840 health and 31 armor.

Talon can win any duel lvl 6 and the great thing about Talon is his ult is close to a 45 sec CD with 10% from runes and masteries and 10% from brutalizer. So after you kill your laner by the time they get back to lane you have ult and depending if you trade ult or not they wont.

Same applies for Zed but, his ult isn't spammable and people expect his damage to be really high anyway.

:EDIT: Forgot to add the 9 armor from runes so calculation are alittle off but you get the idea of it.

Talon has always had possibly the best AD burst in the game. Zed is way more popular, but his ult has a .75 sec cast time and a 3 second window. If you build the right items on Talon (a lot of people don't), you can literally instagib squishies in about .25 seconds. Around the 30 minute mark, I usually have Ghostblade, Tiamat, and Infinity Edge (Last Whisper if they rushed armor but usually infinity edge). I believe that's his new core after the AD item changes a few patches ago. Yeah it relies on crit chance, but with 40% you have a high chance of getting at least one crit off during your combo. I haven't played Talon a whole lot but I'm starting to lose count of the times where I'd use E-AA-Q (both crits) and killed someone outright, even with full health. Double crits don't happen very often but when they do they are DEVASTATING, and simply cannot be countered unless your target has quarter-second reaction timing.
