I need help in this match up as Talon. I know she counters me hard but, I want to know what can i really do against her? If I blink to her she instantly stuns me. If I try to wait it out and farm she pokes me down. If I try to farm with my rake I end up with no mana 5 minutes into the game. What can i really do against her.
you need to farm it out mostly. like you said, it's a hard counter, and your options are to either fight, farm or roam. you can't fight her, and you can't really roam before 6, so only thing you can do is farm until 6. after 6, you can roam.
one thing that might make farming with rake easier is to take flask and some pots. sometimes you have to be willing to lose some cs in order to stay in lane.
another thing you can do is get the wave to push to your tower in the start and try to freeze it there or farm under it. this takes a bit of minion control. when the minions come to lane, if you push the back line to slow it down just for a second, the lane should push towards you, and if you only get the last hit at the last second, it should continue, unless she's not csing at all.
you can try different runes and masteries also. 9/21 would help with masteries. as for runes, you can run health seals instead of armor if you are running those.
