How do you deal with this lane as an AD Carry? Every time I see this lane combination, they play EXTREMELY aggressive. These two have so much kill pressure, once they hit 6 it feels like its a life-or-death struggle just to last hit things.
Any tips?
Single target stuns and tons of reliable poke, otherwise the cancer carry will bunny hop away from even the most well coordinated efforts to kill her.
As an AD carry, I believe it's your focus to keep away from Leona. It's not her stun as much as the E+stun combo that's dangerous. With the right support, they can poke down kalista to play safe, which leaves her vulnerable to be dived.
By 6, it's possible to be cc locked by the two (same as Varus+Leona or Ashe+Leona). your best bet is to either play safe or bait out either ult. Leona will get turret aggro, but after the stun(s) she has no real way of protecting Kalista.
Hug turret and harass. I think the most ideal scenario is lane presence from your team to disrupt her farm, but NOT FULL ON GANKS. You want them to fear the ganks, but actually ganking risks feeding her.
If that's not possible (and Kalista will just get free farm anyway), you may as well try ganking mid. It may get a counter roam (less farm for Kalista), and you may get a kill.
I often wonder against these kill lanes if it's not preferable to give up your tower early and try and freeze the lane deep in your own territory. If yo do make sure you get extra wards to cover river and you jungle so mid doesn't get destroyed though.
Honestly, I always ban or ask for a leona ban...not because she is OP...but because she can single handedly change the dynamic of bot lane like no one else. Not even thresh or blitz are as stupid easy at kill lane all ins as Leo + any ADC + jungler
bait out leona E, harass harass harass, win lane. Leona E is like a 9 second cooldown in lane so when she misses it's time to trade.

. If your ADC can poke hard too you will likely get the upper hand in this match. Try and keep them both at low HP and you can probably pull ahead.
Yes I know is a counter for but if you play safe and keep moving its hard for Leo to land her E.
