Checking out your post history, it looks like you have been talking about your anger for a while now. You may want to ask yourself what you're getting out of this game. There are various aspects of games that people find fun. It can be fun to explore a new place. It can be fun to create something unique. It can be fun to have a wonderful sensory experience (beautiful music, amazing graphics). It can be fun to experience a thrilling story. It can be fun to struggle against something challenging. It can be fun to prove that you're better than others. And it can be fun to just turn off your brain and de-stress by playing something that isn't meant to provide much of a challenge at all.
Are you getting anything out of League? Do you want to have fun showing how you're superior to others, even if it means losing half the time? If games don't feel good unless you're winning, there are other games to play.
I really want to stress this last part. Right now, you're pretty bad at League (I peeked at your match history). You could study. You could practice. You could watch videos and read articles. You could record yourself and watch for your mistakes. You could follow streamers and learn from them. You could get a coach. You could do all of these things and you would continuously get better and better and better at League. But you WILL still lose half of your games. That's not goin' anywhere.
The MMR system keeps track of how you're doing and tries to always put you into evenly matched games. Getting better only means that you will face increasingly skilled opponents, and they will keep beating you just as often as you beat them. So if your goal is to miserably struggle through League trying to improve so that one day you can actually start having fun by always beating everyone, STOP NOW. That's what RPGs are for. League is not for that. You will never get better than EVERYONE else, and even if by some miracle you did manage to, you would still lose about half of your games.
