After playing him a fell times I come to the conclusion he might be one of the best junglers to play in silver - plat:

• Easy to play
• Has build-in sustain
• Is a carry jungler but has the option to build tanky
• Only cost 1350 ip
• Has good peel
• Can deal a decent amount of mixed damage
• Has pretty powerfull ganks on level 3.
