Bard ult should work on the nexus

The Unicorns of Love would only use Bard XD

They left out the nexus and inhibs because there is no valid reason to target the corresponding enemy structure, and they wanted to keep the uses symmetrical.

To avoid trolls they should make it so it only works on your own nexus or inhib.

Couldn't he just save his ult for the nexus, if his team was turtle'd in and keep from the game from ending for a while?

I mean like, it seems pretty cool, but he might just be able to do it too often.

I suppose they could put an even longer cooldown on using it on structures if it became a problem.

They explained why it doesn't work on inhibs and nexuses (nexi?) - they wanted his ult to be usable on the same things on either team i.e. right now it can hit every type of minion, both team's champions and both team's turrets. There's no reason a Bard would ever ult his enemy's inhibitors or nexus so he can't ult his own either.

Lets not give trolls more tools to troll with. His ulti's already bad enough if you're with an unskilled or a literal troll Bard.

It sounds good, except I imagine many people would just freeze the enemy nexus when their team just barely won a teamfight that decided the fate of the game, then tempered with it.

Are you talking about ulting his nexus? If so that's actually a good idea. If both the enemy's that's riot promoting trolling.

I ain't exactly against this, but his ult already allows trolling, and being able to ult a Nexus can cause some serious problems.

Picture a base race and having your trolly bard ruin it by ulting the enemy nexus, refusing to ult your own, or ulting the enemy nexus when you are trying to rush it. Just random bits like this, I know he "can" troll with it as is, but these type of things are much more major, easier, and more likely going to set people over the edge.

I imagine they tried it during PBE or internal testing and found problems doing it anyway.
