I just took a look at the most banned list on lolking, and within the two weeks that I've gone, Sejuani is not amongst the top, Ekko's face still looks like Rammus (lol) and the most surprising: Ezreal has a ban rate of 60.22%!
Could someone explain to me why he's banned so much now? I've been away and I'm struggling to see why he's seen as such a threat in ranked.

side-note, Runeglaive on Ezreal allows Q to proc Luden's for whatever reason is what I'm guessing is the issue. I don't really remember nor care for it much anymore, just tired of Ezreal's shit.

The ban isn't aimed at the enemy team. It's aimed at their OWN team.

Partly because it was procing Luden's and other spell effects as a bug, partly because Mystic Shot, and partly because it was picked professionally, AP Ezreal got really popular. It's getting banned that much because people don't want to see it again on either team.
Well, at least you can take a screenshot of this and post it the next time someone tries to argue that win rate and ban rate mean anything.

This is a stupid answer. Ap ez was allways strong ye , but it had glaring weaknesses which runeglaive solves. THat is waveclear. Simple as that.

if you're watching LCS lately, his waveclear has still been very weak against others that have good waveclear. It hasn't been a huge difference. You're the stupid one
