Where are the in-depth champ tutorials?

There are tons of builds and guides all over the internet. However, I very rarely see up-to-date guides with detailed instructions on HOW to play a champ. For example, certain champs have level or item power spikes where you want to play safely for a few levels before going all-in for a kill. Others have a much steadier power curve, and kills are based on playing around other champs' spikes.

Another example is on a champ that I play a lot. Mechanically, she has a lot of ways to poke and zone in bot lane. You can get a lot of damage on an ADC if you drop a QW combo just behind the enemy and instantly follow up with an AA on the ADC. But I've read a lot of Zyra guides, and have never seen one that actually talks about how to play her. They talk about builds and items and matchups and cc.

Another example I see is with Lux guides. None of them talk about how to ulti (unlock camera, quick cast with indicator). None of them really talk about how her combo works. So you have Lux players waiting for Q to land, then throwing an E, and then trying to snipe a moving target with R.

I've seen all kinds of champs I enjoy doing crazy-fast, super-effective things that I have no idea how to pull off. Like Orianna's casting skills with almost no animation delay and hitting every Q. Or Irelias that are lightning fast executioners at level 3. Or Elises that seem to have all their mage skills go off at the same time. Or Katarinas who combo every skill in the time it takes me to fire a Q W.

When I can occasionally find "champ instruction manual" type guides, I do far better than I would otherwise. Where can I find more guides that talk about how you're supposed to push the buttons and when to push them? Or actual guides on the strategy and goals behind a certain champ in a certain role?
