Phantom Dancer or Statikk Shiv?
Which is better on Yasuo? Phantom Dancer or Statikk Shiv?
Stats:
Phantom Dancer:
+50% attack speed +30% critical strike chance +5% movement speed
Passive UNIQUE: Your champion ignores unit collision.
============================================
Statikk Shiv:
+40% attack speed +20% critical strike chance +6% movement speed
Passive Unique Passive: Moving and attacking builds Static Charges. At 100 charges, your next attack expends the charges to deal 100 magic damage to up to 4 targets. This damage can critically strike.

Looking at the stats, it would seem that PD's a much better option. 10% more attack speed, and 10% more crit chance. The only thing Shiv has on PD is 1% more movespeed, and it's 300 gold cheaper. Passives are up to taste, but I like the ability of being able to run through units better (the ally minions you run through can block certain abilities such as Teemo's blind due to a misclick.) than the 4 targets getting hit with one AA, which Yasuo already can do with his Q, which acts like an auto, but the third charge can hit more units. Plus, between PD and IE, you're at 110% crit chance, which lessens the need for crit runes on him for early game, freeing up more slots for damage/penetration. And the attack speed bonus on him combined with BotRK lessens the need for Berzerker's Greaves, allowing Yasuo to build other boots, such as Mobility, Swiftness, Ionian Boots of Lucidity, or Mercury's Treads. (Particularly the treads, since Yasuo can be vulnerable to CC.)
But then again, I'm Bronze, so what do I know?
T&T, I need to know, why do people build Shiv on Yasuo instead of PD? Do they feel the passive and 1% extra movespeed are worth it? Or is PD on Yasuo "sleeper op"?
