Leona with Titanic Hydra
Toughts? After FotM and a Sightstone looks really powerful, and you can use FotM active + W for tankyness in skirmishes while dealing hecktons of damage. Not for every match, of course.

Honestly Titanic Hydra in its current form is really underwhelming.
I find it really strong for burst trading, because if you combo AA>Q>AA>TH active, you can get 4 AAs in extremely rapid succession for a large amount of burst damage.
If you're playing her in a solo lane, going Trinity force>Titanic Hydra>full tank will be really effective for damage output, or if playing as a support, mixing in an iceberg gauntlet later on for some damage would work too.
Haven't done it in ranked, but I built it once on nocturne not too long ago. It was pretty fun watching the flurry of waves
