The more I think about it, the more it seems that the Japaneses got the chance of having the dubbers at their studio for some... slightly off-target recordings in excess. You know, stuff that might not be used but are kept available for doing some projects, just in case.

It's stupid yeah, but Ahri sounded very... lustful. I'm fairly certain whoever did Ahri's VO did some work in hentai. Watch episode 2 of resort boin for like 3 minutes and tell me you don't hear Ahri's Japanese voice actress.
