skarner build: cleaver iceborn full tank?

I've been thinking: Skarner has decent AOE damage, but he can't really threaten enemy frontliners very well except with ult, and also gets kited very easily. I believe that item 3071 item 3025 item 3800 item 3047 item 3709 item 3102 /item 3026 / item 3075
solves all his problems:

  1. Righteous glory for the engage onto enemy squishies.
  2. Ridiculous AOE damage and armor shred with double cleaver procs from Iceborn and Q to shred enemy tanks.
  3. Nobody can run from him once he's on them since he has ministuns, permaslow from iceborn and phage speedup. Nobody can duel him because he has 3500 HP-4200 HP, 170 - 270 armor, and 200 AD + sheen procs + mini stuns + armor shred.

Triforce too good on skarner. Your build needs more attack speed which triforce gives

Passive and cool down on q is reduced with each auto

This could work if your team has a lot of AD (AD top and mid as well as ADC) and the enemy team stacked armor. Otherwise, I think getting Trinity+Frozen heart is a better build, for more DPS, more armor, and more CDR.
