If the opponent tends to try dodging it, you're going to shoot wide every time like that. You have to figure out how the other person works and not just do one thing every game. If that person never tries to dodge, yes, aim where they are going to be not where they are.

After playing Thresh for so long Blitz hooks are much easier to land :)
