-You could argue trist and Sion new update count as new Skins, but I'm leaving them up because were counting recent skins. -Champs that are being reworked will less likely have a up coming skin.

Don't care about the 2014 skins, but everything before that is shameful.

Before looking at your list, I actually forgot that Kennen existed.

Imo Kha'zix & Azir should have a new skin, Azir was insanely popular recently up until 5.16/5.17 and is still viable.. and they may be the only (?) champions that still only have ONE single skin from release. Tbh I don't see how that's fair considering Ashe/Annie/Teemo/Ryze/Rene have at least 5+. Azir Khazix

To be fair Ryze did get the triumphant skin this season.

Good list. Would be nice to also see how many skins each champ has (Champs with fewer skins should get higher priority.)

I didnt approve of this, simply beause you only went to just 2014. That's literally only a year ago. Of course theres going to be a ton! There is a post showing some from back to 2011! (Kass, Kennen)

You're being a bit generous with 2014. One year isn't long enough for a champion to be needing a skin unless it's a chroma pack or a 750 tier non-team skin.

Project Yasuo actually came out just a little over a year ago (Sept 1st 2014).

If you count Chroma packs, it'll knock a few off the list. They're skins too... generic recolorings but that's how most skins were back in the day. Recent chroma packs: Caitlyn Cassiopeia Tristana Morgana

I understand there are a lot of champions in this game, but it was an eye opener to see some have not even received a skin in four years.

That is just insane. Rito plz, show these champions some love and stop making Teemo skins for the love of god.

Instead of years since a skin, we should just count it in the amount of Teemo skins released. There have been four Teemo skins released since 2011, if that's not a slap in the face I don't know what is.

Any of these champions can and will receive a new skin eventually. They don't do it based on popularity, they do this based on skin themes and price ranges. Having said that, they do try to prioritize champions who haven't had a skin in a while, but that doesn't mean champions like Ezreal will never receive a new skin until years have passed.

You put on Zyra twice. Otherwise good post. I bet many of the 2014 champs are getting skins soon. And a bunch of these champions are also getting relaunches and reworks. +1

A few things, firstly, I really like the way you organized it in alphabetical order, it makes it so much easier to go through.

And skins are not made based on how long certain champs have gotten one. Skin design goes something like this:

"Hey, we should add in a chef skin." "Awesome, which champion would work well with that theme?"

Most importantly, just look at which order the idea was presented. Theme, then champion.

I'm not saying it's a right or wrong thing to do, and Riot has had exceptions, obviously, I'm just saying this is how the process usually works.
