New Taric and Poppy skins may come out whenever they do the reworks (so in a while)

Also, Corki and Swain should be bold.

I don't see this as a bad thing. Based on this data, 70 something champions (far over half) HAVE gotten skins this or last year, and that's a ton of skins for half a year. And that's not counting the amount of skins that got Visual updates when their champions did, and the amount of champions that came out. Not many people realize this, but when a champ gets a Visual Update, all their skins that got updated take as much time and effort as making a 750 skin, and a new champion takes as much planning and work as a Legendary or Ultimate skin. It's really an amazing feat in my opinion.

Is Kennen getting any sort of update? His kit is fine but he really needs a visual upgrade ... he has triangle face and i'm pretty sure his lack of (new visual changing) skins is because of that fact. He could do with a morg style abilities update too! Kennen poor guy

I want a new Morgana skin. I don't count the Victorious skins because they're ranked-specific.

A lot of those champions have many skins. The Corki one isn't accurate either. I think there are a few other's on the list that probably are incorrect too.

Most champions here meet one or more of the following criteria:

Had a skin in late 2014 (not even a year of them being released). Examples include Kog'Maw, Wukong and Malzahar.
Have at least 5 skins (including base). Examples include: Gragas, Pantheon and Alistar.
Have a skin which is of high quality and mass appeal, meaning that the champion does not need any more skins. Examples include Hecarim, Rumble and Shyvana.
Had a visual update. Examples include Tristana, Heimerdinger and Sion. Especially Sion, who had an entire relaunch, the biggest update for a single champion so far. With all that in mind, few of these champions require a new skin, and most who do are getting visual updates, so they might not get skins for a long time, even after their updates. I think this list should have been narrowed down to champs who haven't had skins since 2013. No champion needs one skin every year. Also, you missed out Karthus, Kha'Zix and Yasuo, all of whose latest skins were released in 2014.
