Make it your first goal in that game is to put so much pressure on the enemy top laner that they just want to sit in the fountain. If it's Jax vs Malphite, start with flask and 3 mana potions and throw rocks at him until he just stops trying to cs.

Tryndamere vs Olaf? Dominate him by slapping him with true damage whenever he wants to get fury up.

Volibear vs Riven? Kill her once. Then when she keeps building damage, kill her again and again. Then turret dive her and live. Dance over the dead carcass and then kill the jungler trying to clean up.

It's a mind game. If the enemy jungler sees someone getting stomped way up in top lane and have died more than once, they will more often than not prioritize mid or bot lane and just leave you high and dry. The moment you hear them /all and complain, you turn it up a notch. Get suicidal. Dive them when they teleport back into lane and put them right back on the fountain. Forsake cs just to keep them out of the game as long as possible. The lower their morale, the more likely their team is to mute them if they complain, or at best, start flaming back at them. Chaos will ensue.

And then you just pop mid and get a kill and then it hits the fan about them not pinging mia or whatever.

Cruel? Yes. Effective? Seems to work in everything gold and lower.
