Possibly stupid question....

So on the new Zeke's it has the little arrow for connection to the other player. Can the enemy team see the arrow? I can't remember if you can from the games I've played but I was considering trying it out on a hybrid tank/damage eve build given the boost to ap, cdr, and the small armor boost. However, w/ eve it would obviously be pretty fucking stupid to build something that makes a pointy arrow at your invis champ when you're close to a champ on your team so I wanted to check w/out waiting for a game the enemy builds it.
