I overextend too much, need to figure out the best gameplan for 3 champions that I use most; Volibear , Warwick , and Nasus , and the biggest weakness is that I've been on tilt for way too long. That enough for you?

Alright, well I wouldn't use WW in any lane other than Jungle. He is too mana dependent which is normally why he controls the blue buff and doesn't give it to mid lane In most cases As for Nas, if you're going to over extend you should put a deep ward in the river, ask the jungler to keep on top of the Scuttle Crab for vision, ward their tri bush and pay attention to the enemy jungler location. If he hasn't been mid or bottom, or seen via ward, then stay back behind the middle of the lane. If you find yourself getting your lane fronze, Nas is great for farming under a turret. Also, ward your tri bush to avoid dives from their jungle mid. I don't play a lot of Volibear, so I can only offer that you don't push the lane to freeze their turret. I would apply the information for Nas to him.
