What is the percentage of S+ rating

I get S+ on zed alot and i was wondering what the actual percentage of players you are rated as getting that. Is it like top 2% of players with that champ?

zed is click to win so more like 80%

What do you mean by that? Zed is very skillful. Can you provide an example of a champion who can win without clicking?

Yeah, Annie has some serious lack of counterplay, and she isn't very skilled. It is needed to combat the prolific mobility in this game, but playing against an Annie as someone who isn't super mobile is really frustrating. But she doesn't right click at all. I'm just trying to prove a point that whether a champ right clicks or uses abilities has no correlation to how much skill they take or how fair they are.

well with adcs you can just attack move rather than mouse click

ADC is the most mechanically complex role in the game. You have to be great at positioning and kiting, and knowing who to attack because one wrong step and you will instantly get jumped on and killed. Just because they right click doesn't make them less skilled.
