APC - your standard flat AP quints, Magic Pen marks, flat AR seals, and flat MR glyphs. Except some mages like Anivia, Annie, or TF may opt for 1-3 MS quints in place of the flat AP quints. Some mages like Anivia also prefer Hybrid Pen marks over Magic pen marks if they auto attack a lot in lane.
AD Caster (Jayce, Riven, etc) - some Scaling CDR glyphs (6 for 10% at level 18... still want some flat MR glyphs). Some people like 9 flat CDR glyphs instead. Some people also like flat AR Pen Marks over flat AD marks for scaling better but that dumpsters early CSing a bit.
Marksman - your standard flat AD marks and flat AR seals. Along with some AS glyphs (like 4 more or less... still want some flat MR glyphs). AS quints too (2 and 1 flat AD quint or 3 AS quints in general).
Jungle page - 9 AS marks for some junglers... although others use different marks like Hybrid Pen, etc. Since you'll only have 6 pages either stick with junglers that can use the same page or sacrifice a page to have both an AD and an AP jungle page. AP junglers like Elise or Amumu can go flat AP glyphs if you want to invest in that (you can also use them for bursty AP champions like LeBlanc or Karma to have heavy early-game presence in lane).
So that's 4 general rune pages right there; 5 if you want two separate jungle pages and 6 if you want a Hybrid Pen or MS page for mages. If you end up with 4 or 5 pages instead of filling all 6... you can experiment with runes such as Scaling HP seals, Scaling AR seals, Scaling MR glyphs, Scaling AP glyphs, or other runes but those are mostly for counterpicking in ranked or high-risk, high-reward in blind-pick. You can also try a support page with flat AR quints or something (not too familiar with support pages, honestly).
