Should I get Sivir?
I usually play as an ADC. Currently I have been using Ashe as my main. So I wanted to know whether I should get Sivir? Or some one else. Btw I am not a really experienced player

She's 450, so you might as well at least try her.
Vayne,kalista,jinx are probably the best adcs atm - if you like casters go for varus/graves - otherwise idk
If you are new and want a safe but powerful adc I would recommend you get caitlyn.
Only 450, might as well. Plus she's fun.
450 IP shouldn't be a hindrance to you on whether you should buy a champ or not. Just do it. If you don't like her its only 2 days worth of IP you lost which is easy to recoup anyway.
A. She's a 450 IP champ, so I see no reason why you shouldn't buy.
B. Sivir's a really strong pick as of now and comes with a kit that's relatively easy to grasp.
Sivir's got some good items in her kit for aggressive laning. You can push a lane easily with a single W and a Q through the wave, her passive gets you more kills making you fast enough to get more hits, her spellshield keeps her relatively safe from CC if she ends up a little too far ahead, and her ult can be used both to hard engage and retreat if necessary. It's a bit different from Ashe, but you should be fine with a bit of practice.
