How to win more Ranked Games.

So I'm sure everyone has come across the rager, thinks they're better because they have a better score. But then there's this one species that's nice, kind, loyal, forgiving and is very supportive. That's the person that makes you win more Ranked Games. What am I trying to get to here?

Don't be a prick, Be nice to your teammates if they do good, If they make a mistake say nice try! They will appreciate the kind feedback and will generally do better. Now you're all probably wondering but my teammates are absolute jack shit! Well you better keep your mouth shut until the end of the game and report them there, Trust me.
