Sometimes it's fine to not have homeguard animations. 
still gives me a good chuckle when I see him racing out of fountain late game.

Maybe they change it when she gets a big change (visual / gameplay), as it's "easier" to change something when you are working on the champion anyway, instead of having to change one thing.
I think they'll only add it once they give her that Skater skin. Or Snow Day Irelia. Yep. But then FrostButt already exists.. Hm.
Maybe next Summer?
Just because it's "awesome" (personally I don't find it her best emote and don't often use it) doesn't mean it should be a champions recall animation. Theres a reason more comical things are put into emotes - because they don't really have to fit whatever it is (champion/character etc) doing the emote. It's fine as it is.

If they did this for Irelia they would have to change alot of other champs homegaurds hehe
