Waiting to get Key Frags Be like..

I keep getting Key shards, I have 13 keys.

I am willing to trade one key for one chest.

I have the opposite problem, I have like three keys at all times and get a chest once in a blue moon.

I get key frags out the ass, I need chests.

I suck at getting an S- or better grade: I have 12 keys :D

I have 8 chests and 0 keys feelsbadman

Ok guys, time to dispel some rumors:

1. you are limited to 12 key fragments (or 4 keys) in a 30 day window.
2. because of the cooldown on boxes, the most you can get is 4 in a 28 day window.

Therefore, it is not possible to have extra keys, unless you are actively ignoring the box farm. And even if you are really on top of your box farming, you shouldn't really have more than 1 or 2 extra. If you have extra boxes, it means you aren't playing enough to get the keys, and if you have extra keys, you are spamming a handful of champs and not trying to farm up the boxes.

Edit: It's hilarious how many people are complaining about extra keys. Do you understand that it is SO much easier to farm boxes than it is to farm keys?

I have like 8 keys but no chests available.

I feel like I go 2 months with no keys and get like 6 fragments in a day

Yeah, it is hard for me to get key-fragments because every time I may get one, I am playing a champ I don't own.
