Dont try Talon ruingalve lol, its awful. I tried it and makes talon significantly weaker throughout all phases of the game.

Pray you don't. Gangplank popping you in the face with 1600 magic damage on a 4 second cooldown makes Ezreal look balanced.
Gangplank does something like
He pops a cap in you and you just die =/ Downside is that it takes 40 minutes for that to happen, but when it does, prepare the anus.
