So Captain on Janna is pretty fucking good

Since Janna goes faster than everyone, she can lead the charge and disengage very easily and can flip flop with very little downtime of the the MS buff. Like, Captains on Vi is ok for charging into the fight, but that's it. Janna easily has enough MS to stay ahead 100% of the time no matter what the situation. +19.8% MS for her teammates mid and late game 100% of the time <3

yeah, and IE is good on most ranged ADC's.
