Sorry, I don't consider a champ "close range" just because you die if you get close to her.

Yeah, especialy the fact that you replied to the wrong person, the fact that she can use her Q to last hit untill hell freezes over thus stacking her permastun passive for free, and the fact that her ult is an insta-aoe-dps-point and click nuke.

She is basicaly the garen of mid lane.

Being.. close..? She has 600 range on her Q and W and her R has a 600 BASE range with a 290 RADIUS, meaning it stuns up to 890 away from herself. If you call that close range, you must think every ADC is short ranged 'cause only Cait and Trist can have more than 600 passively and only three champions, Kog, Jinx, and Twitch, can get passed 600 with an ability usage. All the others are... really short. Like Lucian is at, what, 500? Varus is at 575, Quinn at 525, Vayne at 550, Draven at 600, Ashe at 600, Corki at 550, Ez at 550 (1150 Q though), MF at 550, Graves at 525... Like, seriously. lol.

Just because we have Seigers like Ziggs (850 range on the Q, bouncing up to 1400) and Xerath (750-1400 based on charge time) doesn't mean Annie is all of a sudden short range since most require you to be in her range to do anything to her with the exception of poke mages that she just flashes and instagibs. If you gotta be in her range to do anything to her, then considering her to be 'close ranged' isn't much of a punishment since she bursts harder than any melee assassin. Even Kat and Talon can't burst as hard as Annie while still having the CC to set that kill up.

One of the biggest issues everyone has always had with Annie compared to every Assassin ever is that every other Assassin, even short ranged ones, have had their CC removed because 'Muh counterplay', yet Annie still stands strong with the same amount of burst on relatively short cool downs and almost 0 mana problems.

I don't think that one's unique to the boards. I've never met another league player who doesn't play Kalista and doesn't despise her.

Actually some utility CC champions or if you have a good team to kite Nasus with his stacks doesn't matter as much as long as you are able to group and force Nasus to come as well instead of split pushing Since Nasus isn't nearly as scary in teamfights were there are a lot more CC and more kiting (usually anyways)

I don't like playing Nasus like that. I play him a bit differently but it's very stupid. See I go into a game as Nasus with the mindset of "I have a very limited amount of time to make sure my Q has damage". Until the teamfights start and the lane phase ends I am stacking as much as I can taking harass in exchange for stacks ect.. But when the teamfights start I am the first to rush in (I build tank Nasus) and take hits and get the carries while my team does the rest. Basically I farm for just enough time for my Q to be a THREAT, not necessarily a monster.

He DOES have a crazy slow, but it isn't actually 95%. I'm pretty sure movement speed can only drop to something like 150? That's still really slow, but yeah.

That is split pushing in general, not Nasus.

If you want a tip, engage on their team 5v4. You win the teamfight, and from that point you can hunt down Nasus in a 5v1, or push mid, much faster than Nasus can push a side lane.

Nasus has the same problem as Darius, he's extremely vulnerable to ganks. If nobody comes to gank for you pre-6, you're handing the game to Nasus. Obviously you can gank anybody pre-6 and put them behind, but Nasus is extremely vulnerable to it.

He has few weaknesses, but his biggest one is getting ganked, and it's super easy to do.

how is nasus the least cancerous? he hopes the game gets dragged on forever so he can just sit in a lane and do nothing but stack. you can kill him 10 times in lane only to have him beat you at the 35 min mark because he can infinity stack q and this allows him to get away with build pure tank while doing insane amounts of damage and making anyone that uses attack speed in a teamfight almost useless.

Did you see what you just said ? If you fucking kill Nasus ten times, I am pretty sure you can solo kill everyone on their team before nasus will be a threat. His early game is trash when it comes to 2v2 or early objective contest ( basically dragons ) Wither is single target, and his ONLY form of CC, despite being a "tank"
