So i buy a while back. And i build , , , , , and boots on him, or something similar most games. Then i hear that people play him ad. So i build him ad, i built him assassin ad, and ad bruiser. Both weren't that good. I had a lot of luck with the tank build. Has anyone else seen this?

Try getting Titanic Hydra and a real MR item instead of Locket for extra damage.

Yes, J4 has the bruiser item trap where he wants to build both offense and defense. He should be flexible to your situation.

My standard build for him is item 3707 item 3047 item 3053 item 3742 item 3065 item 3026 but again it can change. Early AD is the best way to increase his gank pressure, after that he needs to go tank for initating teamfights. If you start falling behind at any point, just go full tank.
