I currently main Lulu. I switch over to Zyra for a couple matchups but I only like Zyra as a support, where as with Lulu I'll take her in any lane but jungle. Anyone have a good flex pick that can cover Lulu's weaknesses, while still being able to do well in other lanes? Namely

Lissandra can Top Mid and Supp (her support can be weak but its not useless)
Annie can Top Mid and Supp
Malzahar can Top Mid ADC and Jung (his mana costs and natural lane push make him a bad support in my opinion, but i still take him there too XD)
Nidalee can go anywhere...
Vi can Top Mid and Jung
Jarvan IV can Top Mid and Jung (and ADC if you are good)
Quinn can ADC Top and Jung (her jungle is weak if she gets invaded)
Zed can Top Mid and Jung
Talon can go anywhere (it really only works well if they are a squishy low CC team though)
Kha'Zix can go Top Mid and Jung (although i personally think his Top and Mid are a little too weak early game)
Pantheon can go Top Mid and Jung (he is also a fun support but you need the right team comp)
Kayle can go anywhere
Fiora can Top Mid and Jung (she can do ADC but i think she is a little too shut down by CC and most supports are capable of doing it)
Karma can Top Mid and Supp (I have even take her into the jungle and done quite well)
Galio can go into any lane (even the jungle) as long as there is a lot of AP in that lane (he is also good against champions like Talon and Darius who have DoT that heals him)

Pantheon can play top, mid, jungle and support in certain situations and do well in all of them. He is especially effective in lower elo because players wont know how to handle his crazy harass with spears. If you get a good adc that knows how to follow up, you can secure some pretty easy kills.
I like AP Ezreal for Mid, Blue Ezreal for ADC.
Pantheon can pretty much do everything well except adc. He CAN adc, it's just early game can be a bitch if they're too agressive.
Vi. Sounds crazy but she can top well with flasks+pots (refer here and read the comments: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/MBTEAJ7A-vi-top-help-modify-build-long), she can mid against many (most?) champs if you play safe until you rush an early hexdrinker/maw, jungle is obvious, and her shield passive, Q cc, and early damage make her both a viable support for either aggressive or safe adc, and an adc herself if your support is aggressive enough.
Xin Zhao can do it all (though again with trouble ADCing). You can take him squishy damage, full tank, or even AP/Attack speed to exploit the insane healing of his W passive, and all while providing insanely useful utility to your team.
I personally suck at Cho'gath, but if you do well with him, he's yet another all-except-ADC champion.
Fiora is freelo. She is squishy (early) and kind of shut down by cc, but if yoit lane isn't against any heavy stuns she can do everything, even ADC well (For a squishy melee I am frequently surprised at how well she adcs when she takes extra armor runes and her W is maxed first).
Fizz, for the moment, can be taken anywhere. Whether AD or AP, he's going to dominate by or before the mid game. His support game is kinda dry, so maybe refrain from that role, but if your adc is aggressive he'll do fine. A full build, tanky, lifesteal AD Fizz destroyed me 1v1 as a full build Udyr with 90stacks of devourers.
Heimerdinger can do all except jungle. No explanation necessary.
I'm getting bored so here are just a handful of champs that can do at least three roles. I know this account is in bronze 4 but I'm a gold 1 player on one smurf and up to gold v on another. I'm just barely above average at this game, but the champions I'm listing above and below here are tested. They really do work if you adjust your runes and items depending on which champion you're laning against: Nidalee, Jax, Karma, Kennen, Kayle, Orianna, Sion, Teemo, Yasuo
Sorry if I left someone out. Point is, season 4 was.. and so far season 5 is... a silver age of "balance;" less champions are crippled playing against all champions in a certain class (tank, fighter, etc) and now mostly just by certain attack type (AD/AP Burst, CC, etc). It's made many champs viable to go against more variety of champs than they ever could before.

I was going to suggest Karma (I think the only thing she can't really do is ADC... unless you're really determined). But she does kinda overlap a lot with Lulu in a few ways.
Try Kayle, she can be used in JG TOP MID BOT LANE
Works well in top, mid and jungle.
It's not a commonly outspoken idea, but I think Riven is pretty overpowered right now when handled well. She can do all roles effectively besides Support, including ADC if you're mid-Gold or below.
Kayle can do what she wants Karthus can mid, top or jg Nidd is alot like kayle Quiin can go to all lanes and jg
Cho'Gath can do any lane in many different builds.

That pesky high damage, no CC, wanna be carry going top? Sit and drain that skank. Those pesky high mobile assassins going mid lane? Sit and drain those all ins. Want to set up lvl 6 insta kill ganks? Go jungle and CAWCAWCAW! Shit, I even just went 25/3 with fuking ADC Fiddles.
This champ does everything! (Until the continuos nerfs from Riot cuz he doesn't make #LC$BIGPLAY$)
Kayle is good for top, mid, jungle, support, and even ADC, but not super strong right now. Maokai can top, jungle, and support efficiently, though his best role is probably top atm. Kog can adc or apc well. fiddlesticks is a decent support, a strong jungler, and an unconventional midlane. I will also mention nunu, because even though I don't like his playstyle atm, he does well jungle, gives good support for hypercarries, and is a bully top, provided he doesn't get ganked hard.
