This is prob a Noob/Stupid Question
OK Heimer's turrets are considered Minions so here's my question
I know they don't apply on hit effects but do they apply his Magic Pentatration?
Also Do they apply Void staff's effects to their attacks? I always asumed they did but the thought that they don't has gotten me worried and was wondering if anyone had actually tested the effects of both of these out.

It is still magic pen, just % magic pen rather than flat magic pen.
And yes, it does apply to Heimer Turrets (similarly, Magic Pen also works with Zyra's plants and Annie's Tibbers, while Armor Pen works with the physical damage Yorick Ghouls and Malzahar Voidlings)
iluvalar1 votesAs far as I can tell, the turrets auto-attacks are that auto-attacks made by the turrets. The only stats from Heimer is his AP the the turret placement which determine the aa damage.
However I believe the lasers are considered Heimer's AOE skill shot for all purpose. including mpen and on hit effects.
