AD couter part item needed
We all know and have seen
but where is its AD counter part?
I think there should be one not with the 30% passive, but maybe a 15-20% one.
What do you guys think?

It would be far, far too op on draven. Draven shouldn't be op because of an item, but instead because Draven.
It doesn't need to exist because AD has the multiplier stats of Attack Speed, Crit chance, crit damage, armor pen, and sometimes CDR. AP only really has magic pen and CDR as multipliers, so it gets deathcap.

Setting aside penetration stats AP has Deathcap, Deathfire Grasp, and Lichbane to increase the effectiveness of the AP you buy.
Auto-attacks have AS, Crit, and Crit Damage.
AD has... more AD. This is why bonus AD ratios on a lot of champions are absolutely obscene, because there isn't an AD Deathcap item to balance them around.
There's no such thing as an AD caster who just uses abilities. AD casters are, by their very nature, bound to have a strong auto-attack. So, yes, if they wanted to use that, they could get some AS or Crit.
Not to mention that one of the best AD items comes with a huge helping of Crit chance and Crit damage.
AD's can build Crit Chance, which is except for
you can't do in regards to abilities. ADs already have
to boost crit by another 50%.
The AD version of
is
:
There's no such thing as a "critical spell", so Riot made the Deathcap have 30% bonus AP instead. If AD champions get a 30% bonus AD item, then AP champions will probably get the ability to fire "critical spells". Good luck surviving the Ziggs ult that's doing 200% damage.
The AD version of
is
:
- Both give maximum offensive points in their tech tree
- Both make other offensive items in their own tech tree more effective

They already have a critical spell.
It's blasting someone after nailing them with Deathfire's active.
yea that every 90 seconds. I can auto attack 100 times in 90 seconds.

Are you sure there's no such thing as crit spell/ability?
Play Yasuo
and use Q

There are certain abilities that can crit (See Gangplank), but they are special cases, not the norm.
How does
=
?
By it's self it doesn't equal the power of Deathcap even on Yasuo which doubles it's crit chance.
IE only gives 25% chance to crit and 50% more damage on "Crit" which means 3 out of 4 attacks don't crit or get the boost.
Death cap Gives 30% ap which is 30% more damage to every spell/ability that is magic damaged scaled.
I'm not saying IE is a bad Item or that it's weak, I'm simply saying it's no
You also have to look at ratios. AP abilities rarely give 100% damage from AP. This makes Deathcap weaker than it statistically seems. Auto attacks will always give 100% of AD. If you view both items when they are at their strongest (A.K.A. late game, with 500-800 AP and 80-100% crit chance with two attacks per second) you will find that they are relatively similar in strength if you take skill ratios into account.
Of course it is still difficult to compare burst damage to sustained damage, but as the items themselves go they are rather equal.

Actually AutoAttacks are never 100% Ad as every enemy in the game from start to late has Armor
Damage dealt and damage taken are very different. If you're talking about damage taken by enemies you have to look at MR as well.
lol and they were have MR for the AP abilities so why even bother mentioning that?
Spells have CDs and spells cannot crit. Auto attacks have no real "cd" and can crit. You can crit for 2100 damage with a pure ad IE build on carries late game and then auto again within a second. I've crit jungle minions for 2400 as rengar. You cannot do that with AP. AD is strong enough.
I'd pick the too OP option, but it's you're, not your.
Wouldn't make any sense. AAs can crit and scale with attack speed. Spells, while they can change with dps, cannot crit.
Also abilities with physical scaling go from .1 to 1.4. There is a similar range fro AP abilities. The difference is those abilities are scaled around each champ having an innate AD. Some abilities scale off of Bonus AD and others off of Total AD. If we had an item like deathcap for AD those scales would have to be changed. It'd be much more work than its worth. Fiora can already get 550 AD, you want to give her a deathcap for that? Zed's ult has 1 to 1 scaling...you want that? lol no, no we dont'.
abilitys and spells scale with cdr though
Marksmen have an item
Ad casters don't really need anything, but they have
