I hate to ask for a nerf, but Teemo's double proc Is kinda unfair.

Unlike most people in the game I actually love teemo, always have. I sing here comes mr cottentails when playing him in norms and dominate the hell out of lane and the match. He'll I gotta build right now that let me out trade an even level master Yi without Q. Granted he didnt take challenging smite or he would of won. I was at 10%. after.

However, I think the Keystone Aery needs reworked on champs like teemo. Any dot champs to be honest. Where the Aery proc only will go off once on the same ability. every 5 seconds AA can still proc it as normal of course.

Ik IK people gonna bitch, but i believe that will stop most of the double procs.

Only a side note Can you guys tell me if scortched works on teemo and Cass? What I mean is does it stack with the rest of his dots or does it simply get pushed away by a more powerful dot?
