Ekko Support

Normally I reference guides for masteries/runes, but no one's been so kind as to do this for Ekko support yet, even though there are certainly stranger support picks I've seen. I was considering just repurposing Galio support masteries/runes for him when he's released, as I see myself tending more towards tanky Ekko. Is there another champion people take support whose guide would make for a better repurpose?
