Fun out of meta or strange top laners?

top is pretty ridiculous. He has amazing burst, trades like a boss, CC to escape ganks, and if fed enough just double kills the enemy top and jungler/mid in ganks.

Pretty much any squishy (or semi squishy) top laner, this is because we're in the tank meta. If they're fun, that's up to you! :)

, he's not seen a whole lot and he's a huge bully vs melee champs. Also if you get to go to lane level 2 because he can take krugs/gromp at level 1 w/ his turrets, and if you get good w/ him then half to 3/4 of the time you can bully the enemy a bit and hit 6 before them, then use q and ult+q to tower dive them since your q and ult+q don't draw aggro till they shoot lasers so the enemy starts taking damage before you draw aggro, and if you land an e stun then the lasers+rockets generally guarantee the kill under tower and you can walk out or flash at worst.

Really fun and actually really good.

Shen. Play him and pretend you're a power ranger and ult everywhere and save lives. Attack Speed Braum - Build a BOTRK --> Phantom Dancer and then Frozen Mallet and whatever else fits the situation. It's surprisingly fun. I've heard of top lane shaco being a thing. Camp out with boxes and control the lane etc. I wonder how it'd fare as the top lane smite thing people are doing lately.

I'm sure i'll think of some others. But here's a start.

Skarner top, he works out really well for me and he is just a lot of fun.

While he does kind of fit the meta, he isn't seen much and is strange enough that he might be what you are looking for! :)
