Jungle Tryndamere, Devourer, and BotRK

Been getting into Tryndamere again. But I'm still trying to figure out what build path works best for him.

I know top lane Trynd's best item to rush is Cutlass into BotRK. I get why the item's so important on him; attack speed, and the item's MS stealing active plus Ghost, plus his W, means you're basically guaranteed to lock the enemy down, or at least not get kited. But what about when you're jungling as him?

For the average match, let's assume that the enemy team doesn't have a lot of health-stacking tanks; I know in that case, your carries almost always want BotRK. As Trynd is an AS carry and Attack Damage is more of a luxury stat on him, and wants to farm a lot, the Devourer enchant is perfect for him. Minus the percent-based damage passive, Devourer is basically the jungle-item equivalent to BotRK; especially so if you combine it with Stalker's Blade which is another MS steal.

With that in mind, can you just go straight into other items once you have Devourer? Do you prioritize getting your AS boots and IE?

I just want to know whether or not I'm totally missing the mark and BotRK is absolutely core on Trynd regardless of Devourer. I'm also still not completely certain how you work Crit into Trynd's builds. I know it's important on him, but I'm wondering what the best balance of Attack Speed, Crit, and Attack Damage is. Another thing I want to know is how to you alter your build path if you and/or your team are severely falling behind.

Can any Trynd experts clear these questions up?
