Don't ever let a bad laning phase discourage you
A few days ago I was playing Blue Ezreal mid against an Ekko.

He was low on mana, and not level 6 yet so I all in-ed him, but didn't use my ignite or my W for damage so I died and gave up first blood.
I then proceded to feed Ekko resulting in me becoming 0/3/0 just 14:00 into the game.
At that point I was tilting really hard, but I had hope because our Riven had gotten really fed against Singed.
Then at that point I realized all i can do is power farm to get back into the game.
But fortunately there was a huge fight that I managed to get 2 kills in which helped me tremendously.
I finally got my Muramana/Frostborn Gauntlets at 21:00 and I became a poke machine.
Built BotRK so I could kite more, have greater sustain, and deal % damage on my poke because they had an Amumu and Singed.
I finally built LW to make sure my poke wouldn't fall off.
I went from feeding to dealing the most amount of Damage to Champions in the game, beating even Ekko who went 21/10/4 (or KDA of 2.5) and I ended up with score of 13/6/10 (a KDA of 3.83) (2nd highest in game, 1st being our Zac)
Don't ever let a bad laning phase discourage you. Especailly if you are a scaling mid such as Orianna, Kog'maw, or Diana or Hypercarry like Vayne, Caitlyn, or Tristana.
It annoys me when your Orianna keeps spaming surrender because of her bad laning phase (2/4/2) who is approching her 3 item powerpike
In my case she AFKed
