When Shen Taunts an enemy, the tooltip says that they autoattack Shen, and that their damage is reduced 50%

Thornmails says that it returns a percentage of damage, and that the damage returned is calculated before any reduction.

So if someone would autoattack Shen for 100 damage when taunted, what is reflected? (100/2) x .3 or 100 x .3

What about the use of Ninja Tabi + Taunt?

Does anyone know how these things actually work? Has anyone verified it?

it should be 100% because the return is pre-mitigation, but i have no clue

I'm curious about this also. I think the damage return is reduced, but not 100% sure.

I don't have Shen. Try a custom match with somebody, and post your results.
