I have found a pretty good on-hit effect jinx build.

I've tried it multiples times, and It's strong.

Pros

  1. Very good AOE Damage
  2. Cheap to build
  3. Very fast clear speed at long range
  4. Demolishes towers really fast!
  5. EXPLOSIONS EVERYWHERE!

Cons

  1. Less duelling potential
  2. Need peeling
  3. Need some time to reach full potential

item 3006 - item 3042 - item 3508 - item 3085 - item 3035 - item 3153 This is the general build order that I do.

  1. Fishbones' AOE works with item 3085
  2. item 3042 gives you extra damage, as it also works with item 3085
  3. item 3508 allows you to stay in a fight for longer
  4. item 3153 works with item 3085 , as it apply the 8% current health to each target.
  5. item 3035 for more damage

Try it, and tell me what you think.

cheap to build, uh... wait a minute... let me count... item 3006 1000 G item 3004 2200 G item 3508 3200 G item 3085 2400 G item 3035 2300 G item 3153 3200 G

Total Price: 14300 G (yes it's cheap)

let me check the stats built (even UNIQUE stats, passive ability that doesn't influence stats doesn't count) +170 Attack Damage (+2% Max Mana) +135% Attack Speed +250 Mana (+Mana Charge) +20% Life Steal +10% Cooldown Reduction +45 Movement Speed Mana Regen

maybe it's not bad build after all... now the problem lies in order of buying after this item 3070 item...

I have found very controversial information about whether runaan tripples splash damage. The info about Jinx says mostly yes, the info about Kayle says mostly no.

It seems to be an additional spell effect launched at the targets location, that is seperate from the actual auto attack. It applies spell damage and spell effects and doesn't seem to be an on hit effect, thus it's not trippled.

Seems to be the case for both Jinx and Kayle.

However Runaan is still be a good item for both.

I would replace Muramana with Infinity Edge because if you Crit on your auto it crits your runaans too, also this build has no crit

I'd love to try it, but I'm not convinced on Essence Reaver. It's tied for most expensive component, but late game Jinx doesn't really have mana problems. Now, I recognize that Muramana might change that... I'd go BOTRK first, after Tear anyhow.
