I and mean when they say it in a disrespectful manner (not as a joke when they were loosing the whole game and it ended at 20 mins 10 kills and 4 towers against their 0 kills and 0 towers)
Because I find it very annoying and it's not fun, especialy after loosing a game.
Used to be punishable my friend got banned over that a few years back, and I personally still report these people, I mean okay maybe it was an easy win, take your free win and move on, no need to be an asshole.
It really depends on how often they do it. I've seen players in game just go EZ EZ EZ EEEEEEZ all game, spamming chat with it. I certainly believe that would be punished if it occurred a lot. However, saying ggez 1 time after your game might not be punishable, because it's one little thing.
It depends on the situation. If it was clearly a close game and they say it then that's fine. But if they won by a landslide, it's kind of a dick move to do it. Take the win and leave, no need to be a total jerk about it.
It's goes against the summoners code and is poor sportsmanship.

You won't get punished for saying only ggez, but it counts against your 'toxicity rating'.
I read some where that people got hit with BANS for saying EZ... But its not just saying it once or twice... If your saying it every 5mins thats s8 Harassment. I report it on both sides if they keep spamming it.
By itself, one 'ggez' probably won't trigger a ban. However, it is considered poor sportsmanship, so it can be a contributing factor.
Of course, it should be added as a report reason to encourage people to report those who do it, and to discourage people from saying it. I find it even more annoying than flaming.

I don't say this, and it is pretty unsportsmanlike, but what if someone was showing no respect in lane, like playing overly aggressive like you are bad. One may be inclined to type something like that. Also, I been a gamer for many years... there are a lot worse things that can be said than easy game. Probably for every 1 respectful thing said in all chat to me there is 10 disrespectful things said... Just go to your setting and mute all chat always if your panies are in a bunch over that.
