Elementals Hexes are disproportionate to different champions

First of all: God help the people I beat with this. Summoners with a Warden Front line is ruthless.

Second: What this doesn't illustrate: #My Zyra had 4080 HP and a item 3083 and ofc a Crystal Gauntlet. My Braum had 3800 HP.

Result? Zyra could cast 20 Plants before she died, because of the "Gain mana as you get hit." feature. She didn't have a mana team, didn't have any team mana buffs. But had enough HP to tank her Mana Bar to full 5 times per match.

Why? Because of Earth Hex.

How many other champs in the new Elementals can take advantage of Hexes like that? Most of the time, the Hexes are just an item slot filler with a small gain.

Earth Hex being the only permanent one is really, really weird

It promotes keeping whatever units you get in the first 4 rounds because you need to stack one with HP. Pulls away from the idea of playing what you find and feels more along the lines of "Build from whatever you got at the beginning only". If someone highrolls early with this Hex and the other players switch units, you get a massive effective HP advantage.

Mana, Attack Speed, and Dodge Chance for 1 round are all substantially weaker than Earth Hex. Earth should probably just be like +10% hp for the round or something instead of this weird perma hp.
