I'm not kidding. These skins lack something without Popstar lines.... The girls need some Korean and some English lines added to these skins to really make them "Pop."
Maybe make some sort of "Chroma" or "Audio Pack" for them.
(I'm getting sick of old Evelynn lines, and Star Guardian Ahri has more lines/long term attractiveness than KDA Ahri does)

PaladinNO4 votesI'm disappointed the K/DA Kai'Sa Prestige Edition skin didn't have a unique dance, or even some SFX when dancing.
I suspected it when they avoided using the dance in the teaser, and pretty much had that confirmed when I asked a Red in the Worlds thread and he didn't answer (no surprise there, really).
But I rather knew from the beginning, having tried the skin multiple times on the PBE.
Speaking of Korean, the client still does support that language if you want to mod it. Though everything will be in Korean if you take that route.

I think the price wouldn't be too high, but would allow them to go back and offer such packages on thousands of themed skins in retro to make ALL of them a little more interesting.
For instance, Resistance Caitlyn never gets played. Imagine if she actually had lines to go with the theme. Some people would pick her up.
They know they couldn't price a feature like this exhorbitantly; it's a minor part of gameplay. But they could make something, and we would get more diversity.

Sukishoo1 votesThey won't go that far cause each of their characters have unique lines for everything they say, where as other mobas that charge for vo packs (i.e. Smite) all use a similar base for their in-game action callout system (i.e. enemy missing, enemy missing mid, im going into the jungle, ec). Thus can use a charge system to make them have new voice over cause it's not 100% tied to the skin.
