Spat items on Drag
Last 4 games I've received a spat item that had nothing to do with my comp. Are you sure you really reduced the chance? maybe for others, but not me. I'm so tired of getting a useless item on drag.

If a player really needs a specific spat item, he has a chance to get it on carousel, and it's fine. But spat items on drake and rift herald in lategame are generally less useful than any common item.

But, I did end up with another glacial item, and Olaf...win?
