When an RNG game requires you to have Grievous wounds but you can't get it....

Just thinking out loud....

All the Swain/Shyvana/Garen games with Warmog's, and healing skills.... who can 1 v team late rounds....

And then thinking about the RNG item system which never gave you all the components for Red Buff/Morellonomicon..... because you were either winning early game, and couldn't first pick carousel, or because the Carousel simply didn't have the right components.
