- cant be equipped on a champion if the champion doesnt have a spatula first, since it has no effect by itself
- can be dragged and dropped onto the available champion bar to be sold for a small amount of gold
- spatula + your cut = bilgewater cutlass (this unit is now a pirate)
alternative mechanics when the item is sold, that add a bit more decision making
- alternative 1: increases your interest level for win/lose steaks by 1. this means it can be milked for a decent amount of gold when you maintain the streak, but is lost when the streak breaks as usual
- alternative 2: the payout is equal to your current interest level +1 (1 - 6 gold)
