How Spat Drops Should Be Changed

Honestly, I think Riot should change it so that your overall chance of getting a spatula remains the same, but if you get a spatula, you will definitely get it on either krugs, wolves, caster minions, or melee minions. It's honestly so rough getting to raptors and not getting a spatula if that's what you were relying on. Here's what I mean, for example.

If I'm going light comp, let's say I'll only be able to make it work this game if I can get light item on azir. I've got 2 items on him. I can't sell him and redistribute items because he'll ideally be my central carry. I can't put a 3rd item on him if I'm relying on light item. Then what do I do if I've consistently lost health waiting out for raptors, and then don't get the spatula? I don't have the health to transition anymore.

I think it'd just be nice to know in advance, "Hey, you're not getting a spatula from raptors this game." Rather than rolling the dice and getting completely screwed if you don't get it.

You shouldn't rely on that 4% drop rate. That's lower chances of you finding your desired lux at lvl 8 after 10 rerolls.

I like the idea, but for a different reason. If your comp relies on getting spatula from raptors, that's on you to be honest. The drop chance is very small, so it's always a big gamble.

However, what i find incredible annoying is getting a spatula from raptors when you have no components left to get a usefull item from it. Atleast 50% of the spatulas i get from raptors are dead items or at best glorified components cause you can't find any components past them.

I hate the game now, Yeah spatula first carousal was RNG and sucked... yeah it sucks when someone gets a force of nature and wins because of it.. But there were strategies, high risk high reward, if you lost or stayed closer to the bottom you'd have a chance at a spatula... Now I don't even bother playing and when I see my wife play its some of the most frustrating game play ive seen... They really shot themselves in the foot with compositions like blade masters that require 2 spatulas, or inferno which at minimum would require 1 spatula and an inferno lux...

Set one was so much more fun when you could regularly attempt 9 yordles, 9 sorcs, max blade masters etc etc... They killed a whole strategy and put it behind RNG that was the exact opposite of what they should have done, they should have just removed first round spatula and force of nature from carousal.
