Any reason the dragon tooth doesn't just "champion is also a dragon"?
It stinks that the item can pretty well shut down any comp whos primary damage source is an ability like Katarina/MF. Why not at least make them have to commit to certain units to benefit?

Porglit2 votesIf it made them a dragon, you would also get the synergy of other dragons. For example, if I have a Shyv but no other dragons, no one has the buff. If I drop a Dragon Claw on Braum, currently only Braum gets the magic reduction, but if it gave the dragon synergy, then Shyv would ALSO get the reduction.
Plus, you can put a claw ON a dragon, and they get double reduction (yes it's a bad idea, but it's possible).

In the original version... PBE, I think that Negatron + Spatula made Brawler's Gloves. I suspect that making it easier to get the HP buff was OP.
