Why does Disarm root its targets? They're not allowed to auto, fine, but fucking walk though jesus

Like they can still cast their abilities, but for whatever fucking reason if say a Sivir is disarming your units from afar, they'll just stand there in place and do nothing but cast their abilities standing still.

Nasus Renekton Diana DrMundo Jax and so on, if you get the worst possible RNG ever for non-stop disarms then your units will literally just fucking stand there and wait for death, even though they could easily walk up and damage her with their abilities until she dies.

This actually has to do with how the ai executes movement. Simply put, characters will move only in situations in which it will put them in range to execute their attack, melee or ranged. If the character cant move into a spot in which they can attack, they wont move. Thus if the character cant attack, they also wont move (Bad for characters like aatrox and renekton, as others like yasuo and malphite will still execute Last Breath and Unstoppable Force)

I mean, I have had people just not cast their spells even when in melee range while they were disarmed (and specifically not silenced). So they need to do some work on that anyway.
