Neeko's Help

Can we change how the drop rate works for this item? It just feels really bad when your rare box is a Neeko's help while someone else can simply get it in a common box. It's a useful item, but I think if you get it from a rare box, you should at least get more than 1. Otherwise it's like your rare drop is getting swapped out for a common drop.
