Why is nobody talking about RFC volibear

Get this cancer out of this game, please. Make RFC ranged-only.

Step 1: Buy volibear whenever you see him. Period. Regardless of comp. Doesn't even matter. Step 2: Get AT LEAST 2 glacial buff. Again, doesn't matter who or how -- just get 2 glacials. Step 3: Equip thunder bear with RFC + Shiv + Any on-hit item (Swordbreaker, Cursed Blade, Hush, etc.) Step 4: Put some brawlers, knights, or elementalists in front of him to form a giant meat wall.

Congratulations! You win basically no matter what, because nobody can get to volibear except assassins -- but it doesn't matter because he's a brawler with a massive health pool, so they can't kill him either. He procs stattik shiv over and over again, applying on-hit effects AND glacial to everyone, and then he pops his ultimate, effectively turning into an AoE on-hit glacial stunning instrument of destruction.

4 Brawlers (one being volibear) + 3 Elementalists 4 Brawlers (one being volibear) + 2 rangers + 2 knights 4 Brawlers (one being volibear) + 2 guardians + 2 knights

It doesn't fucking matter -- any of them will work. Its so easy to pivot into. As long as you have an RFC + Shiv + on-hit volibear with a big meat wall in front of him, you will get first place like..... 85% of the time.

Its busted.
