Nerf pyke

Increase his cost to 3/4 so he requires more investment or nerf his stun duration because his ability is on par with purple-tier champions like cho, gnar and sejuani. Also it’s literally a direct upgrade of another champion of the same cost as him (Lissandra) as it has the same numbers but is AoE while lissandra’s is single target.

In my opinion they should leave his cost alone and nerf the stun duration to 1/1.5/2 (from 2/2.5/3) since he is the only cheap pirate champion and there arent many cheap assassins.
